Very easy process. The whole refinance was done from home. Would definately recommend them!!
They worked hard to document our income even though my partner and I have complicated self-employment arrangements. We talked to five or six loan companies total and Loan Depot was the best.

Bait and Switch - Don't use this company. Two days prior to closing they called to tell me they couldnt fund the loan which was already previously approved unless I come up with an additional $70k and provide a 30% downpayment. They also changed the loan rate but since they made these requests and changes two days prior to closing I had the choice of losing my $60k escrow deposit or go ahead with this extortion and close.
