Very good customer service. The loan process went smoothly and closed with minimal action on my part. Plus, I got the lower interest rate I was seeking.
I have went through Loan Depot before , and I can say I had a great experience then as well as this time , worked with one person from start to finish, got me what I wanted, and checked back to see if all was ok! great man couldn't believe it !

I've sold real estate for over 30 years and I was hesitant to consider Loan Depot for a refinance of our current home but I had a client use them on a deal and they did such a great job from start to finish I thought that I would give them a chance. The process was very easy. Tried to go through Suntrust and they told me that I didn't have enough equity in my home. Zillow clearly showed I did and LoanDepot agreed. It was fast and easy. I would have liked a little better communication after the loan closed, but that wasn't a big deal because of the fact that I had completed the transaction with and had a check in hand. LoanDepot did get back to me when I contacted them right away and helped me set up auto pay.Over all very happy with the service
The entire refinancing procedure was great from the initial contact through closing, and even after closing when I had a question. This is the second time in six years I've used Loan Depot for refinancing, and I'd certainly do so again.
Everyone at Loan Depot was great. They walk you through everything and return calls promptly. I would definitely recommend them to everyone!!! Thank you Loan Depot!!!
If you provide correct information in a timely manner they will quickly have your loan approved and funded. Mine would have funded a week earlier, but my wife wasn't available to sign the docs. for a few days. It still funded in about 2 weeks.
