From the beginning of the refinance process to the end. Very professional and always let me know where I stand in my loan. It was better than I expected, I was very scared about the refinance and put it off for so long. They were outstanding.
Complete waste of time to apply for mortgage with Loan Depot. Sounds like the callers operate from a "boiler room" and have to make a minimum number of "cold" calls to earn their keep. Don't bother to reply!
Worst **************** ever. For weeks trying to get a Supervisor to talk to. They do not allow you to talk to one when you call. They say one will call in 24 to 48 hrs but they never call. IF your lucky one calls when your not home even when you tell them the time to call and they leave the generic phone number and the process starts ALL OVER no Supervisor to talk to!If you try to refinance once they get permission to run credit they run and start everything and send emails but no one will talk to you. Very good expirence the help you a lot in the process
We initially had PMI on our mortgage due to it being a second home and we did not put at least 20% down on it. Since we settled, home values have gone up substantially and the "old" company agreed that the current value gave us more than the necessary 20% equity to eliminate the **** but said that they had to use the original purchase price. I tried many times to work with them, even to the extent of refinancing with them but they wanted about $13,000 to "buy down" the rate to what other companies were offering as their prev... read more
