I was called to welcome me to Loan Depot, after which I was provided with useful information for going forward. Very helpful as questions I had about the process were answered before i even asked them.The loan processing was also very efficient. I always knew where I stood and what might have been needed at the timer.
Extremely pleased with how simple and fast my closing was! Every person on the team communicated well with me since I work strange hours. Definitely recommend!
From start to finish the whole process was extremely easy. Almost everything was handled via phone or computer. Being basically computer illiterate your ***************** walked me through the entire process. Very satisfied with the whole loan experience.

Working with Loan Depot for my refi was an easy process. They were upfront about all the costs and answered every question of mine. The process went almost seamless from start to finish. At one point I dont have some information that I wanted but my loan officer assured me it would be corrected at closing and she was right. I have referred several friends to them already.
Start to finish, the process was simple, efficient and quick. Everything done on-line, which contributed to the speed of the process. We had no problems or delays. They went above and beyond to deliver, as promised.
The whole transaction went smooth. I would recommend to anyone.
