My experience with Loan Depot was wonderful! *********************** was patient, friendly, and went above and beyond in helping me secure my home loan. Even my real estate attorney commented on how efficient she was and what a uniquely positive experience it was to work with her.
Worse customer service, EVER ! I have been trying since April to have a double payment, taken out of my bank account returned. I have talked to 8 different customer service reps, that have all told me to expect a check, in the mail, in 7 to 10 days. No check. When I talked to ****** today, she told me that my loan had been transferred to another company, and I would have to call them to get my money returned, REALLY, the customer service reps at ********************** have no clue of how to do there jobs. I appreciated the service from beginning to end. They were fast, fair, communicative and knowledgeable. I came to LD after another lender practiced really poor service and a real bait n switch. LD was so refreshing!
Started the process to do a refinance July 10th. I provided all requested documents within a timely manner; due to no fault of my own and lack of internal communication, loan was declined in error by their compliance ***** A new loan was created. I was told that I only had to pay $21.70. I approved that amount only to later get an alert from my bank that $495 had been taken. Brought this to the loan officer attention, he apologized and said the money was already being worked on to be credited. Checked my account few days lat... read more

Too many changes first I qualifies then i didnt then they needed this and that then I did Took way longer then quoted Representative liar and doesnt answer when asked what is going on
Fantastic! Everything went so smooth thru the website I couldn't hardly believe it. The folks were amazing and actually called you back and forth as needed - not just a web-based endeavor.
