Refinancing my loan with ****** has been ******* times better then when I got a loan with a different guy. The last guy clearly didn't know what he was doing as well, and was sometimes rude. Which was hard for a 1st time home buyer. ****** has been the opposite. Super helpful, informative, sweet and patient. Everything you want in someone who is helping you with refinancing or buying a house. Next time we refinance or get a loan I'll be asking for him by name!

Loan Depots team worked hard on my closing and got me a great rate. However, educating and working with first time home buyers is not their strength. Because of a lack of effective communication, the closing was delayed, the appraisal was rushed, and the relationship between my loan officer and myself was stressed. Very unfortunate because outside of that, the portal is a great tool, the results of the transaction are good, and I am now a home owner.
We have used Loan Depot twice and the service was stellar. Closed in 3 weeks. Start to finish. A notary even came to our location while we were on vacation to allow us to complete the transaction while were out of town.
