Loan Depot was amazing and the process was really smooth from start to end and everything was Digital. *********************** my loan officer was friendly and responsive, was able to reach him instantly anytime I had a question and guided me through the process. One thing I would say to the team is a little bit room for the documents needed would be appreciated instead requesting at the last moment which would avoid pressure on the customer

It is hard to get any response on what you. My loan process didn't went as expected, it is done but it is not a smooth process.
