I am a 100% Disabled Veteran, and I spent 30 minutes with LoanDepot Customer Service(We are # 1 in customer service-BS), to resolve my tax issues that I get an abatement of $1200.00 The ***************** has given me letter every year to give LoanDepot , and they continue to pay the full amount on my City taxes even though they are aware of my Disability (as the loan was based on my monthly payments (VA). *Closing date was August 16th at 3pm.*TE OF AUGUST 16TH AT 3:00PM AND STILL HAD TO CALL FOR CLOSING FEE.*AT 6:40PM ON OUR CLOSING DATE OF AUGUST 16TH, RECEIVED EMAIL REQUESTING FURTHER DOCUMENTATION.**ADDITIONALLY: THE PRECEEDING WEEK BEFORE OUR CLOSING, "EVERY DAY" I RECEIVED EMAILS FOR ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTATION.***EXTREMELY POOR AND DISFUNCTIONAL PROCESSES.

Sadly, I feel like I was baited in by a used car salesman then pawned off to another rookie. Neither of the two could answer the questions I posed to them so they simply ignored me until I began to escalate the issues. I finally reached two employees that actually had experience and took the time to try resolve my issues. Let me make this CLEAR NONE of the issues were on my end. The process was easy and smooth very please with Loan Depot and the representatives I recommended 100%
I decided not to go with LoanDepot because of the handling of the agents. First, I was pressured to sign something immediately within a few hours or a day. It'd be fine if there is a legitimate reason to. But there isn't. The document clearly states that I have 5 days to decide.Ok. This is a sales person. He LIES to get sales.
