These people were fantastic! They didn't push or posture and they gave me exactly what I wanted. If you are looking for someone to refinance your house go with loanDepot. I do not have one bad thing to say about my experience.
Terrible service and will get rude and ugly with you if you choose not to go with them also will run hard credit inquiry on you without asking.

The loan process went smoothly. Communication and assurance continued even through Hurricane ***. Would highly recommend Loan Depot.
They are very optimistic and responsive before you sign up for a loan.... once you are in it things get progressively slower and less rosey... my appraisal was only $2K less than expected but the fees increased by several thousand and cash out decreased by about $5K... Huh? slow disbursement of funds ... it has been 2 weeks since close and not all payments made! No call backs from supervisors... I feel very much like a number ( and not a very good number) Be careful folks
Beware, for my loan, they will refinance into their own loan which doesn't allow moving the payment day or bi-weekly payments. These are some things they should've told me before I signed up with them. But they can circumvent telling you this information by saying they don't know who the lender will be until it finalizes.
