Great customer service. I was dealt with honestly, and professionally.
Avoid this company. **************** skills are lacking. Communications are only adequate. Refi was not smooth, but it was completed. Rate was good.
I was skeptical the whole way but Loan Depot and their staff made the process smooth and amazing. They followed through with everything promised, they kept me informed and up to speed the entire way and they are very trustworthy. The staff were motivated to make my refinance go through efficiently. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Loan Depot Review I used to work for here, this is the lowdown of what type of company you will be signing up withThe hours are 7am - 5pm with a training every day at 6:30 so 630am - 5pm, and sometimes you leave late. There is a mandatory Saturday and Sunday each once a month and its from 7am-3pm. The pay is minimum wage plus commission. Working with both *********************** and *********************** made my refi proceed smoothly and efficiently. they were both friendly and seemingly always available to clarify for me any question that came up during the process. These guys made the refi process a lot less stressful. It was a pleasure working with Loan Depot.
