The process was easy and efficient. Each step in obtaining the mortgage was explained prior to filing out the paperwork. Questions were answered promptly. It was a successful prospect with two borrowers in different states.
From start to finish was a very good job. Only down size was high points for loan.

LoanDepot was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. This is the third time we have worked with them, twice with buying a house and once refinancing. They were always available to talk and were quick to respond via email and texts. Cannot recommend them enough.
Employees need more training to take customer calls. **** was a drama queen: **** a balloon mortgage!. " Instead of asking about my income, he stereotyped me because of my age ****- are you guys on a fixed income?" When he asked questions, he did not wait for me to finish speaking, but talked over me each time. I told him I was hanging up. He texted me to apologize "if I offended you in some way" after I was very clear in writing exactly HOW he had offended me. I have never been treated so disrespectfully,
