The Loan Depot refinance experience was very good. The interview and application process was very smooth. The three different representatives that I spoke with and emailed information to were knowledgeable and professional. I have executed two real estate purchases and one refi in the past five years and the Loan Depot process was by far the easiest and quickest time to completion. Was looking to refi my home. Most places were going to take 2-3 months. I didn't want to wait that long. Loan Depot refi'd my house in about 1 month. The process was easy and most of the delay was finding an appraiser. With the ** market going crazy now, appraisers and banks and CU's are buried. Loan Depot made it fast and easy.
