Our situation is not ideal so we reached out to loan depot to see if they could help. Based on their commercial, they advertise to care. I spoke with ******* and gave him all of the details up front. No lies. He said he would call back but never did. I called, texted and emailed multiple times but he just ignored me. I called his boss and its like he just shrugged his shoulders. Loan Depot is not to be trusted. They promised in writing a loan amount at a specific interest rate. I then gave all the personal information they requested. I was then informed after giving all my information that they could not honor what they told me, that it was a mistake to offer the amount of loan that they did (certainly a mistake for them to have put it in writing), and that they could offer me 25% of the original amount offered. I have a modular home they knew that going into the refinance. After I paid my appraisal fee (which I have not gotten back my ******) and all my paper work her calls me and says loan is cancelled because they dont do manufactered homes. Also kept me on the phone for 4 hours for the application process ect almost talking about non sense and trying to just chit chat with me but 4 hours? Then after that to call and cancel it. Should have never ram my credit ect if they didnt offer these loans in first place

My experience with my Licensed Lending Officer was great! Any call or e-mail that was not immediately answered was at least responded to within 24 hours. He was very helpful as this was my first home purchase, and he did not hesitate to answer any questions I had. His assistant the Sr. ******* Manager howeverwho I would try to contact first to ease the ***'s platewould rarely answer my calls or e-mails (only twice that I genuinely remember) which forced me to reach out to the *** for time-sensitive matters more than I origin... read more

FAST, EFFICIENT and FRIENDLY Service.Typically only bad reviews get left, and I want to buck that trend with Loan Depot.I can't say enough how pleased I am with the service and product I was provided.
