I refinanced with Loan depot and closed in Sept 20'. Towards the end of the refinance process I get in the mail a notice about property tax of $4296.33 due in Nov 20'. I communicated with the loan processor at the time regarding this and he stated that Loan depot would pay it out. They did pay it out but it resulted in a shortage in my escrow account of ********. The representative for loandepot was deceptive, misleading, and withheld significant, and necessary information. I also brought these complaints to the attention of his supervisor and would not recommend this company to anyone seeking a loan.
