Terrible experience from start to end. It was basically a full time job keeping up with the ever changing closing disclosures Loan depot would continually change and just expect you to sign. Staff was inexperienced and unknowledgeable in fields they should be "experts" in. Loan depot held my funding for nearly a week after closing even without a 3 day right of rescission and then sent 5 closing disclosures AFTER CLOSING to change the amount paid out to me. Their customer service was appalling!Their employee **** had a flagrant disregard/disrespect for my/our time and energy. I have been working with **** since this summer (June 2021).
