The staff was professional, efficient, and got right back with questions and continued processing soon after I got things back to them. I highly recommend them.
Numbers NEVER matched. Even at closing. They still owe several thousand dollars based on thr ALTA .vs the estimate. Made changes to the agreement without speaking or emailing with me. FOUR different loan officers, and none of them were in line with the other. They send me a survey asking what they did well. I replied: Not a G-D thing!I will NEVER do this again!Where's my money????
Great communication, fast and easy, got the rate I was looking for, would deal with again.

Took almost twice as long to close. Too many last minute information needed. Asked to make calls for them. Not very personable
After having a terrible experience with my bank (of 20 years!) loanDepot was able to do what I needed in less than 45 days. They kept me informed all along the way and delivered what they promised. Overall a very satisfying experience.
I have done business with many loan companies and would say the loanDepot is one of the best. Prompt, great communication, easy of paperwork. The whole team was great!
I initially spoke to a Loan officer over the phone about 3mo. ago and he gave me a quote on total loan closing cost and said it he guaranteed would not go any higher than that so I moved forward with application and paid for appraisal. Next after a few weeks they sent me a closing disclosure and come to find out the cost were much higher than the loan officer said so I reach out to him and he said they would correct.
