Loandepot made my refinance of my mortgage smooth and painless. They walked me through every step (there were a lot!) to the finnish. They were very patient and I obtained the best rate.

However, when I tried to pay off the note I no longer had the option to make a payment online. If I had a chance to do it all over, I would avoid Loan Depot. They reel you in with competency and great customer service. Once you are committed that all goes away.We cashed out on a refinance on our home that included paying off our unsecured debt. I did not realize that I was going to be sent individual checks made out to each credit account that I have to mail out. Now, granted we accumulated a lot of debt but to have to send 21 checks through the postal service is beyond ridiculous. As an older person even I find that ... read more
Working with Loan Depot was amazing! From start to finish, they were professional, friendly, very efficient and explained the whole process very well. I have had several mortgages with many different banks/companies and this by far was the easiest and fastest! They offer great rates and clearly outlined the total loan costs. I would highly recommend Loan Depot for anyone looking for a mortgage or to refinance.
