The whole process was stressful. I had purchased two homes prior to this and never gone through this. They were unprofessional, claimed they didnt receive documents after I had submitted them twice and kept changing the closing date. I ended up missing two days of work. Moreover, they charged me unnecessary fees and even double charged me.
