I was happy with the final results, but there is defiantly some communication issues. First I had one person taking care of the loan, then because of something with the loan it had to go too another person and every time I needed to resubmit information. Overall I was taken care of in a timely manner and everyone gave good service.

Our re-finance experience with Loan Depot was better than our original mortgage with them 9/2020. The team kept us well informed vis email and phone calls of our progress and closing occurred within the expected time frame. Would definitely use them again.
