The communication was great. The process was simplified and I did not have to worry about anything. The entire experience was easy and fantastic!
Unresponsive and unprofessional - we set up 45 days to close and because the agents/managers are unresponsive, we drove 2.5 hours for closing only to be told by the closing agent that the documents were not sent by the lender and we would try again the next day. The managers will respond when they want to communicate with you, however, when things are delayed (like getting the appraisal report after 30 days), they do not follow through and will not communicate with the customer. The Loan Depot representative was very informative to explain everything clearly and precise. The process was easy and efficient.
It was going well until I had to deal with my senior account manager. This guy would talk and not listen and he was always in a hurry trying to get off the phone. I refused to deal with him and the customer service from then on was me having to call for information as to what was going on and what was next and that kind of customer service is bad.
