LoanDepot did well for us. I tried 3 lenders they had the best rate. The process went more or less smoothly and we closed on time. I'd recommend them.

Far and away one of the easiest financial transactions I have ever done! I don't know who the people with poor reviews dealt with but everyone from my initial call to the signing to the funding, answered EVERY question I had in a timely and efficient manner. The overall process was exceptional. The amount of paperwork is voluminous, a single sheet of paper with the LOAN Depot address for payments, the amount of the new payment would be an advantage for the borrower!
