Extremely helpful every step of the way. ************** was so knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. He stayed In communication all the time and made this entire process as easy as possible. We had many bump in the road, and it helped that he was always patient and had clear communication. Was very easy refinancing, didn't need an appraisal and everything went smooth, jumped back and forth several times with needing pay stubs and different things, but was done I believe around 30 days from start to finish, and wasn't charged an arm and a leg, I'm happy!!!
