First contact associate was pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful, kept me posted and answered my questions.
The process was smooth and my lender was always available to answer my never ending questions!
Loan depot has terrific personnel. Each step was followed through by our coordinators. We were easily led through the process, and promptly notified if something was missing. Actually, our first loan wasnt able to fund in time, and loan depot found another loan for us. We received excellent customer service from ****** and *****. The only problem I had was all of the background noise whenever I would talk to ******. Loan Depot needs to get them better equipment so you dont hear everyone else talking.

After I tried unsuccessfully to just get some general information from my "big" bank mortgage representative, I went back to a local loan officer I had used a few years before on a deal that ultimately fell though.She was now with Loan Depot. The entire porcess was smooth and easy. Response time to any questions was very quick. Loan wrapped up right on time with no glitches.Highly recommend Loan Depot.
Over all it was great experience from beginning to end. The initial ******************* for info collection was very positive. Every step was well explained and I was asked many times if I understood. The actual process of paperwork and credit checks were all professionally done. I was assigned a coordinator whom I had communication with from beginning to end at closing. She checked with me multiple times to verify. It was a great experience. I am very satisfied!
Amazing staff. ***** was top notch. I started with ******************* was handed off to ***** and it was the best experience I have ever had. I closed 12 days after I started the initial interest. Absolutely phenomenal. Will use again for a cash out refi.
