The good people at Loan Depot are professional, humanistic and very helpful. Having just secured my second loan with them, I must say that I would never consider going elsewhere. Totally recommend for any mortgage needs The! The best refinance experience ever!
The communication was space at best. The promises were NOT given. I was promised $1200 in credits and I received none. I went from getting **** at closing to oweing **** at closing over night. The amount being paid off didn't change by **** so there was no explanation of why it changed (STILL WAITING ON A RESPONSE WHY). I still closed on loan as the rate was unbeatable.
I did a cash out refinance. The process was smooth and quick. I applied 10/1/21 and set to close on 11/12/21. I closed on 11/5/21. Highly recommend to anyone! ************************* out if ********* ** made the process quick and easy. Thank yall!
