Unfortunate unclear communication with senior account individual regarding the required dollar amount to pay debt. The closing checks were also sent to wrong address!!

People helpful at the beginning, get you approved, but then no communication! Charge you up front for appraisal that takes forever to get done. Not happy

Poor service. I submitted all necessary documents and then never heard back???? Took me forever to get things together and then sent...submitted....NO WORD. I personally would not recommend them.
Loan depot was the right decision for me to refinance my VA home loan. They completed everything in a timely manner, were professional and got me an excellent rate! Im so thankful that they were able to complete everything within two weeks. If your looking for any help with loans, turn to loan depot!
