I was very pleased by loan depot, they were always professional and worked hard to get us are refinance. We appreciate they time and Efford.
I was particularly impressed with the loan officer. He was patient in answering any and all questions or misunderstandings. Whatever Loan Depot pays their loan officer, I would say that it is not enough. Our loan officer made immediate call backs whenever we had a question. However, I could not give the same evaluation for the appraiser. I felt the appraiser was the polar opposite of the loan officer. He was aloof and indifferent.
