I think the hold process went very smooth, even though I was a the impatient at times I will say that they met all their time lines that they set for my process and we are excited for that. Easiest closing process I've ever been through, Thank you Loan depot

Everything went smoothly with my Loan from set up to closing. In addition, we had experienced a previous offer and eventual cancelation of a purchase agreement on a home that after an inspection and basement repair quote we discovered that home was not for us.Loan Depot team helped us through that issue and followed loan approval steps that ultimately resulted in the loan purchase agreement cancelation and Loan Depot doing the correct steps to put conditions on the loan that would have required the basements issues to be cor... read more

This is my second time using the agency. My loan agent was on vacation and should have put someone else in charge of my situation there was 3 weeks where I was asked for nothing and then when it came time to close I was delayed 3 days due to underwriting. Which could have been avoided. That being said I loved that my cash to close was reduced by a few thousand and they worked to get me a better credit score as well as a better rate without points.

Very satisfied with the team's professional, knowledgeable, and friendly mortgage process. All my questions were answered, communication was great, the office staff was very easy to work with- they worked with my financial advisor, my realtor, and my escrow team and my home purchase went without a hitch. I recommend the Santa **** team.

***** G I have been through many finance/refinance processes. This refinance went very smooth from loan approval, processing, and funding approval. I would go through it again with Loan Depot.

I have been very pleased with Loan Depot. I have used the company twice for refinancing our home and I received excellent customer service both times. The cost was very competitive and the website was user friendly. I was also able to schedule an evening appointment for our closing; the notary public came to our house with all the necessary paperwork at a time when my husband and I were both available.

CHOOSE SOMEONE ELSE!It's been 3 weeks and Have NEVER received copies of the paperwork we signed,despite asking for it from both LoanDepot and the *************** The Closing / ************** they chose was even worse, It took 4 attempts to complete the signing with the correct paperwork, This delay resulted in my current bank paying Taxes and Insurance from my escrow account, the amounts Loan depot had added to the loan, and now I am waiting to see if/when I will be reimbursed the amount allocated to Taxes and Insurance.If I... read more
