The interest rate I was quoted seemed to good to be true, so I asked the loan officer point blank if the rate I was given was with discount points, because it seemed very low for the current market. He said that no, it was without any discount points. While reviewing the loan documents, he quickly glanced over the "origination charges" section. All of the employees I have spoken to at Loan Depot have been so helpful, patient and professional. My previous loan was at Loan Depot and my experience at that time was so good, when I was offered a 3.5% fixed loan, I knew it was time to refinance with Loan Depot. ********************** and ***** have all been excellent and I trust them implicitly to look out for my best interests. I can highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a home loan or a refinance.
