Everyone was really great to work with. Professional and friendly and were determined to get us the best rate possible. The process however was longer than they told me at first. I was told the process would take 3 to 4 weeks and was 8 weeks. Which was fine for us. Overall, a pleasant experience. I will be working with them in the future and will refer anyone who asks.
The refinancing process went smoothly, much smoother than my regular bank. When I had an issue with setting up automated repayments on their website, the service rep enrolled me over the phone--one call and done.

very good customer service even when this busy covid environment. i did not face even a single difficulty during my initial hosue purchase and refinancing it after one year. Everything was so smooth and represantatives are very friendly and experienced.
From start to finish this was the best experience I've ever had with a refinance. Easy processing and very knowledgeable representatives. It was completed in a timely manner as well. I can't say enough good things.
Never in my life have I spent more time trying to get a loan. Then after months of extra unnecessary running around. I am declined for **** to income. Took them 3 months to figure that out? And I am many times more qualified them most of their customers. And the loan officer was sarcastic while declining me !Save time and $$$ GO ANYWHERE ELSE !
