All around everything was perfect and we refinanced with loan depot twice!
They had the best pricing, were super communicative, ************************* was AMAZING. He beat every competitor and made sure that I was set up for a smooth transaction all around. From locking the loan to funding, it took less than three weeks. I could not recommend **** or LoanDepot more. Five stars!

I would be very careful, did two loans with them, first one was great no issues, then they got popular and lost sight of what made them great. The 2nd one was a nightmare, once I got my Senior advisor, you need to pull teeth to get an answer and when all the steps are done they come in with new closing costs. Not a great experience, but maybe it was just my Senior Advisor and not the company in whole.
My experience with ****** in ******** was fantastic as was her team, it made up for and then some for the nightmare that was the experience with ****** in **********!
Inept major s**** up with title. Shuffle you from person to person. Five people five answers. Impossible burocracy

Agree with others that the service was outstanding but due to lower interest rates overwhelming the staff that they have. The only real negative was the processing company wasn't local and the closing company wasn't either and I live the ******* Area. Still highly recommend as the individuals I worked with were professional and very helpful. Very grateful to Loan Depot
