I don't know what happened to our experience with loanDepot, but sadly, it's a bad one.We had 3 major issues happen with them, and plenty of other smaller things..1. They sent our property tax payment to wrong parcel, then refused to credit us back or pay the correct parcel. After 2.5 months of back and forth, our County Treasurer had to go after them and finally fix the issue.2. Every individual was very well spoken within the team. They were all able to answer my detailed questions on the spot which was exemplary of their knowledge in mortgages unlike past loan brokers I have dealt with. Would 100% recommend them to anyone.
I get the same advertisement from this company every single day. I go to the mailbox, and I get the same letter in a different envelope. This kind of practice should be banned given the current situation with the environment. Think about all the trees that are wasted writing the same letter over and over and over. The team I worked with was very helpful and insightful. Never did I feel out of place asking question or clarification.
Email had a super great deal and sent to me directly however Loan Depot says there was never that rate but they could offer a ***** rate. I bit and said ok only to find out that that rate was after a fee points being added to the loan. When the final ************* papers were signed (3 months later) it had the wrong parcel number plus the 2 insurance company were incorrect.
