Refinance process I was patiently walked through the process and all questions - answered and explained. I never felt that I was being talked down to or disrespected. I was/ am in frequent contact with my broker with updates or questions. I am very pleased with their services.

The transaction was timely and they made it so simple and almost effortless. ************************* is a wonderful loan consultant and I would refer anyone to her. Loan Depot has an amazing interaction with costumes. They take time to explain the process, and to answer the questions. At the same time, they work fast and effective.
So I started a refi with them and was a hassle/mess from the beginning. After I did my app they had 2 more people calling me to start??? A manager cleared that up. then I speak to my loan officer and she set up my closing. That same day I had the 1st loan guy sending me papers that needed to be sign so they could set up my closing?? it was already set up then he tells me to forget it they had the papers. Then 11/5 I get an email from the loan officer asking me how my closing went, umm she set that up for 11/10!!! after that ... read more

We are very happy with our Refi cash out loan that we got from LoanDepot. It was a very quick and easy process. Our loan ******** ****** and loan processor, **** were very courteous and professional. There was a little glitch with the wiring of fund at the end but it was the Title Company's fault. At the end, everything went well. We will definitely use LoanDepot again, that's for sure.
