Only do scam calls. Automated voice. Called their customer service to remove me number from their call bots, and there is no option to talk to a live person. Lots of ads for free car care and guaranteed 50% off all repairs done on care with their care care program through loandepot. Everything shouts SCAM!
Non stop harassing calls will not stop every two hours why would I give them my business

So let me start of by saying I shop around for my rates. Some companies would say, Hey send me Loan Depots Estimate and I bet I can beat itJust to call me back up and say, no there is no way I can beat it and I would be careful because I dont see how they can give you that rate with 0 points. worst experience with a financial institution that I've ever had. I would have rather of been declined. No one communicated internally. They never knew what was going on from one day to the next. calculated my income at 50% after 30 days into the process, and no one could tell me how it why. I finally told them to cancel everything and I'll go else where. please read all reviews on sites. go elsewhere. You won't regret it.
They provide great service, the whole refinancing process was very smooth for us. We liked working with *****************************, ***********************************. They are very helpful.
