I just walked away I went to get a loan and at some point LD switched it to a refinance. Not sure how you refinance a home you do not own but I am sure a lot of people would be interested in that process (maybe not honest people). We were all set to close when the escrow company brought this up to us. My bad for not noticing the change but still not sure how LD got to it. Our "loan consultant" was helpful to begin the process, however after we completed the initial application to get pre-qualified, then he was non-responsive ...that is until we chose to use another lender. At that point, he became a high pressured salesman. We told him that we chose another lender and he continued to repeatedly call us and send us emails. Excellent customer service but 'overloaded' with work based on their good interest rates. The work overload suggest that they lack adequate manpower, but may also help in keeping processing costs low. Process was the longest I ever experienced since I have been refinancing as a VA mortgagee.They do not allow you to choose an appraiser from among their lot. I ended up with an appraiser who was professionally inappropriate in his presentation, his work behavior and his inappropriate conversation while in my home

This has been the BEST experience we have ever had. We have done this before and never have been satisfied with the result. ********************* was absolutely AMAZING !!!! all of our options were explained thoroughly. He made us feel like apart of the family .. I wish we would have known and went through your company a long time ago... Everything was done so fast and very professionally.. Everything was done perfectly. Great Communication, full-disclosures, answered every question, made sure we understood what was needed and why, and above all, you worked together as a team.
