I choose LOAN DEPOT because of their timely, transparent, and flexible responsiveness to my loan application throughout the entire process.
LoanDepot took my money for a loan they refinanced and closed. When asked they said it is my responsibility to stop auto payment for a loan that is payed-off. I am not sure why they can't check the loan current balance before taking the payment. or Tell the customer to stop the payment on existing loan. Now because of this double dipping, I have been chasing to get my money back. ETA 4 to 6 weeks.
Loan Depot was very knowledgeable and great to work with. I got the best rate available and am very happy with the entire process.
