Agree amount keep changing and changing, really dont know why this is happening.
2 years theyve paid my neighbors taxes as well as mine and Ive spoke to soooo many people. Signed paperwork. Still nothing. Theyve increased my payment by almost 400$ and no one will even get back with me. 2 years. They just paid their taxes again last month

I did a routine VA IRRRL (streamline refinance) mortgage with LoanDepot. Actually, I had to do it twice. The paperwork on the first attempt assured me that my rate was locked for 45 days. Unfortunately, our loan officer failed to warn us that there was a hidden 30-day deadline as well--and when that elapsed, we had to restart the paperwork BUT THIS TIME IT WAS MORE EXPENSIVE.
