My experience with Loan Depot was just fine. I received mail offers for many months giving percentage rates. I checked around with other mortgage companies. I called, talked with their representative and we got the transaction moving right then. I gathered my information together over the next few days, the appraiser came by, we set up a date for a closing at an alternative location, it took a couple days more than I thought...but I got my extra funds and a lower interest rate and voila' done.
