These folks are great. When we decided to refinance our home loan we reached out to LoanDepot and everyone we dealt with was very kind, caring and professional. It did not take much effort on my part to get all of the paperwork they needed and they sent a Notary to our house for the closing which took about 30 minutes. Very happy with everyone we dealt with. Highly recommend this company if you are looking to refinance your home loan.

Loandepot is better than Rocket Mortgage. The fees are significantly lower. My wife and I were very pleased with the whole experience. ****, our assigned agent, was very friendly and professional, listened to our needs, and got back to us quickly with a number of refinancing options. Had a great experience with the Loan Depot team when refinancing my house. From the first contact with Kass, the lending officer, to the handoff to ****, the loan processor, everything was done over the phone and online and couldnt have been easier. The experience was so smooth that I referred a family member who is experiencing a similar smooth transaction.

DO NOT FINANCE THROUGH THEM! They tried to take complete advantage of me while going through the process of refinancing my home loan through them. They sent a someone who under appraised my home b $70,000. Discouraged me from filing an appeal for a new appraisal of home. Only supplied appraisal report upon repeated requests.
