Disbursement numbers are wrong and I am trying to reach them but no one answers my phone's or emails. I am missing $10,380. Worst service I ever had. Loan processor, title company and the loan servicer are all from the same company and none of them respond to your emails or phone calls with the right answers.

Our most recent experience with Loan Depot, which just closed earlier this week, was excellent. Our contacts were with ******* and ******* who were very professional and timely. Unfortunately we had attempted several months ago to also refinance with Loan Depot and that was both very slow and painful and we were about to look elsewhere to refinance. Excellent on return calls and emails, mostly same day. Appraisal was as I expected, albeit the Appraiser was a bit slow on completing/submitting. Notary was excellent and easy to understand. After the 3 day right to cancel, the loan closed within 3 days after. Thanks for good efficient job !
