Locked me at one rate and then changed rate due to the lengthy process. Felt like a bait and switch. I dont recommend using this company
I intend to recommend Loan Depot to everyone I know that needs to go through the Loan process for any reason.
The loan process was very seamless and communication and follow thru was very well done
I was told verbally that there is biweekly payments before I signed the loan. After I signed, loan depot said its not possible. I feel cheated and will never ever recommend loandepot to anyone. Right from the beginning of this process, the staff were unresponsive. The staffs dont are have any knowledge on their own services. No one calls or returns emails on time. The worst experience I have had so far in my experience.

The DC based team did a great job at closing fast and communicating efficiently on a small 189k loan for a studio condo. The borrower was straightforward and there was nothing special or complicated in that case. What seems like a simple case was handled nicely and in a timely manner by ************************ and ******!

I was very impressed at how efficient, knowledgeable and extremely helpful ***************** was on the phone. He took the time to explain veruthing and addressed all concerns. He made recommendations that we are very happy with and would never have thought of otherwise. This is our second time refinancing, first was with a local lender and the ongoing process wasn't as exceptional as the service we have been receiving from ***** and ****. I've been spreading the word ever since with all my family, friends and coworkers!
