I have been in both in public service with a municipal fire department for 27 years and then as a Deputy Sheriff for another 17 years besides being in construction about 40 of those years, it is not often either in public or private do you get the great treatment that I received from beginning to end, when these people told me that they would do something you could bet that it was going to be done. I have refinanced three times with Loan Depot, and it has gotten progressively better. The first one was very slow at about three months in late 2019, the second about six weeks in mid 2021 which I consider average, but the third time a month ago took about three weeks which I consider excellent! I give credit to *************************** for the last one. She stayed on top of things, kept them moving, & got it done quickly!
LoanDepot has financed 4 of my home loans. I have always had an amazing experience. What can often be a stressful experience working with LoanDepot has always been stress free, quick and simple. Love the electronic documentation that I can always look at each step of the way. All of the employees are kind and helpful. Best mortgage lender there is!!
