I called LoanDepot when I was deciding which company to use for a refinance. I made it clear to the representative I spoke on the initial e-mail that I would contact him should I decide to move forward with that company. Recently completed a refinance with LoanDepot.com. From our initial conversation until the last I dotted and T crossed, it was a great experience. Their remote team was responsive, knowledgeable and up to the minute on status. Also very flexible, arranging a remote closing while I was away on vacation. Will recommend to others!

refuses to comply with do not call requests. employees play "this is my first time calling you " there seems to be no chiefs available to discuss the complaint with.

I have been trying to get my escrow refund for 6 months! I have called over 60 times with no success. Loan Depot always says they will call me back but NEVER call back. I have bee working with the "Resolution" team for months with no call back. This should be criminal what they are doing.

We are extremely, extremely happy with the level of service LoanDepot provided us. Everyone from ***** to ******** have been tremendously helpful. I cannot say enough good things about these professionals . June ( our attorney) was super transparent. She explained with detail the whole process. We were kept in the loop by everyone. In addition, the *** portal was so user-friendly. The only downside we had was the fact we were quoted ****% interest and finalized at ****% but otherwise we are more then satisfied. I spoke to *******************,who was very capable and knows her Trade well. She was very comfortable to talk to,and easy to trust. We discussed a range of topics related to my home here in Elko,and tossed ideas back and forth about options I might want to look at later,when my Fiance is here to offer her input as well.
