I understood the problems doing a loan over the phone vs going to your local bank and dealing with just one person. When the individual arrived at our house to get our signatures on the closing forms, I was thinking or hoping he or she would be able to answer questions concerning numbers.I was wrong. He was able to explain each page before we signed, but had no idea about the numbers. But that wasn't his fault. Also when I thought I had sent them everything they needed, they would ask for more.
