FRAUDULENT! They phoned me, not the other way around. I explained that I had just closed on my mortgage, which was a 30 year fixed @ ****% with about $2,500 in closing costs. My loan officer said they will beat it substantially, so please soft-apply.After going through all the rigamarole, they offered ****% with about $10,000 closing costs. What a bargain! What a waste of time! What a lie! What a terrible company!
