This *** was the worst I have ever dealt with after promising the world to me.
I have no way to compare with any other company. Everything went smoothly.
AVOID. This company has repeatedly refused to remove my minor children from their mailing list. I contacted them regarding a loan and they then found all names associated with the address and began bulk mailers. And after I'd given my information for loan purposes, the number of unsolicited loan offerings by phone, text and mail increased 20x. They have been very professional and available when have a question or need information. The loan process was so easy explained everything so well via phone and email.
By far the worst !! I closed home 3 weeks ago, and still no reply on text , call or email . So quick in the beginning when convenient of course . Horrible horrible horrible . I will tell my friends about this.
Overall the refi process was easy and quick to close. They were straight forward and professional in answering my questions. Their costs are competitive and transparent.

Great sales pitch, I was promised the world but never got back any followup as was promised by *************************** by Saturday morning. I patiently waited and emailed her Monday morning and Tuesday and so far no response back. She has simply ghosted me!
A very smooth, easy process. Help is always available and responsive. Staff was knowledgeable and encouraging. Highly recommended.
What a ************ They only answer the phone when they want to make the commission of the sale, took weeks to get a call back and they are a phone room operation so there is no management to step in help, when you call and get someone's voice mail is says if there out you can contact this number for there supervisor and then when they dont answer is says to contact another number for another supervisor, complete waste of time and money and very deceptive practice's I am going to report them to the mortgage board Ripped off... read more
