Loan Depot did a great job with my refinance. The process was painless, quick, and they beat the competitor's terms!
Not good business practice. They fudge numbers when doing home values. I just don't trust this lender. They will quote one loan then come back with another quote later in the process. Follow through is horrible as well.
Im a first time home owner and my home buying process was immaculate!! My loan officer explained things thoroughly from the beginning to the end so that I could clearly understand each process. Everyone was professional and had kind spirits. I would most definitely recommend Loan Depot to family, friends, and anyone else that are interested in purchasing a home.
