After receiving a marketing letter from LoanDepot I contacted the Toll-free line and a live agent was assigned to me to follow up. I submitted some required items such as 2020 tax return (all pages), ********** insurance, bank statements, etc.After a week the same representative tried my phone line, failing to leave a message. Excellent service and honest people who promptly return phone calls and answer any and all questions. I worked with ******* and he patiently guided me through the entire process of my first refi. The loan processor in this office is very unprofessional and uncouth. Never did I receive a Thank you. I said thank you and she responds ok. Felt like she hated me and discriminated. The customer service call center on the other hand make you feel like youre family! Very polite and professional. Attentive to my concerns. I probably just had the sour ***** that fell from the tree! Well, trash it!!

Mia was newer to the company, we were finally able to close after having set backs with a late survey. Our experience was just under ok, I had to call several times for updates rather than our contact calling. I had ask specific questions to get info rather than getting all the information provided to me. My realtor and contact made an agreement that my contact from loan depot would be at our closing however she was not.
