We had the best people working on our refi, Daryl and his associate, Miss Annabel, plus the team that work in orchestra to complete the package including Al, the loan notary. It was a smooth transaction with experts that know how to provide the best personalized service. A huge giant THANKYOU!

I like the interest rate. My contact Russ B*** was very helpful and answered my questions. I was able to reach him most anytime I need help or clarification on issues I did not understand. The only difficulty I had was the amount of paper work I had to send in and several repeatedly. I had some uneasiness about dealing wit a company for this amount of money all on line, but it went well and they did everything they said they would do no surprises.
Overall we had a good experience with LoanDepot for our refi. There were times that responses were a little slow but answers did come and our selection of a local attorney was less expensive than the ones suggested by them. Micah helped unfreeze my credit temporarily so they could process my application. He spent about 2 hours on the phone with me to get it done.
Zac and Mason were both very responsive, informative and patient. Our overall experience with LoanDepot was great!
