I tried to use my existing mortgage company I have had for 17+ Years (Wells) and it was a nightmare. I used Loan Depot as several folks strongly recommended them. I got FAST contact, extremely low interest rate, less documentation and I closed in LESS than a month while Wells had taken over 4 months and I was not done. I could never get a hold of anyone at Wells as they were busy or out of the office.
we got a good interest rate of 2.125%, but the closing costs were over $11,000--too high, especially when comparing them to other competitors.
Top notch personal service. I can’t imagine getting better service anywhere. I had someone just a phone call or text away for any questions that came up during the home buying process. I bought without a realtor, and with loan depot’s speed we were able to open and close escrow in two weeks! I can’t recommend them enough.

Loan Depot team for WA Loan, Kevin N***** & Anthony B****** were the greate team to work with. I had a great experience. They offered the best refi rate out of all the quotes I received and the process was very quick and simple. I submitted an inquiry on their website on April 22 and closed the loan was funded in May 28. Customer service was great during the application process but communication kind of went by the way side once they had me (which I get, they’re pushing the sell...). That’s really my only complaint but not really an issue.
This is the second time we have gone through Loan Depot - once for a refinance and then audible for a purchase. Leno S***** was amazing to work with - he was friendly, professional, thorough, and clear. He answered every question (and we had a lot!) clearly and in a way that was easily understood.
Everything was handled very professionally and promptly. I would do business with this company again.
