Given that it seemed like a very busy time, all the people who helped with my loan were knowledgeable and pleasant. Would recommend to friends who are looking for a lender.
However there was one issue there were some commitments for credit made before I agreed for credit pull, those credits were not simply honored. That was a bit disappointing and no courtesy credit was also offered.Overall I felt the service level was good. **** was processed quickly and everything else was done as committed other than the issue I reported.
****** ***** and ******* ******** were amazing to work with. Extremely responsive and always helpful. This is my 2nd loan with Loan Depot and I will definitely use them again.
While everyone seemed competent, there were too many handoffs, repeat requests for the same documentation, non returned phone calls and a complete disregard for deadlines. There also seems to be a lack of deep understanding of retirement income sources. The intermediaries they chose (the appraiser, the escrow shop) all did a good job but the process with Loan Depot was extremely painful and dragged out. You didn't feel like a customer... more like a servant to an invisible process. "
They did a good job getting through the refinancing relatively quick. Everything was laid out clearly with no surprises.
I have been using Loan Depot with my primary and secondary house. Nhi P*** is the best loan agent I've ever worked with. She assisted us with both mortgages and very trustworthy. Nhi was very quick to respond and professional. I would highly recommend Loan Depot and will continue working with them.
Hello, I had a great and easy experience with ***** *. in Brooklyn, ** and ***** *. Everything went well and I am now in my new home. ***** kept me informed periodically and set my mind at ease and even though he is professional, he is also very friendly. The paperwork was easily done online and in a timely manner.I already recommend some people to LoanDepot.
The people at Loan Depot are great however they have no sense of customer service, time urgency, awareness of potential hurdles, and a piecemeal approach to underwriting. It seems they "lose" documents and have to request the same information multiple times. Underwriting stops at the first issue and only picks up the file again once that specific question is addressed rather than continuing to looks for other questions.
